The material in question will take aware of improvements and will intelligently guide future work in the homes to rectify this and secondarily to assist the municipality to meet its commitment to 20% reduction of energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions emissions to 2020 made under the European Convention of Mayors .
Specifically, loans are made with the Department of Energy Conservation Technology Centre Municipal . They are made over a period of two days for the cameras, and 7 days for the meters.
