Bureau Veritas Announces Acquisition of Atomic Technologies Pte Ltd, a leading provider of control in South-East, based in Singapore. Created in 1993, Atomic Technologies offers a complete range of inspection services to industries process, oil and gas.
The company is very active in Jurong Island, south-west of Singapore, which houses hundreds of leading players in the petroleum, petrochemical, specialty chemical and industrial Manufa cturière. The company, formed by a team of 100 highly qualified inspectors, achieved a turnover of about EUR 3 million in 2010.
This acquisition has enabled Bureau Veritas to provide enhanced services for the management of asset integrity and expand its customer base in Southeast Asia, a region with strong growth welcomes the group.
